The Power Sports Program was designed by Chris Morton, founder of Extreme Fitness & Sport. Chris has over 15 years experience in the field of speed & strength training & has worked with many high school and college programs in the Bay Area. This program has been tailored to focus on the specific aspects that are essential not only to baseball & softball players, but to all competitive athletes.

Held at the All-Star Academy facility, the Power Sports Lessons are a 1 hour in length and run by a professional speed & strength coach from Extreme Fitness & Sport.
