Designed and implemented by Pat Burgess (B. S. in Exercise & Sports Studies) these individualized training sessions are ideal for any baseball or softball player looking for an edge on the competition. By personalizing each program and changing the intensity and make-up on a monthly basis, we can ensure that a "Burn out" or plateau effect doesn't occur leading to more overall strength gains.

PACKAGE SIZES & TYPES: Each training session is 1 hour in length. Group sessions are between 2 and 6 athletes.
