High School Strength & Conditioning Program
(ages 14-18)
IN SEASON TRAINING SESSION runs February-May
IN SEASON FOCUS:
- Speed & Agility
- In Season Circuit Training
- Core Training
- Flexibility
- Plyometrics & Proper Running Form
- Arm/Rotator Cuff Care
PROGRESS TRACKING: The athletes are evaluated through each portion of the program using a battery of measurements which are listed below. Athletes will also keep individual exercise journals in order to track their personal progression through the program.
- 40 yard dash
- Bench
- Squat
- Vertical jump
- Shuttle run
- Core strength
- 100 series
- "T" drill
Cost
Format
Training will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00pm-9:00pm. Sundays from 1-2pm
