Instruction Focus: Hitting and Outfield

Joe started his baseball career at Fresno State and then played professionally for two years in the Independent Leagues. After playing professionally, he became the General Manager of a Baseball Facility in Fresno and was the hitting director as well. He was a GTE Academic All-American in 1998 and 1999 at Fresno State.
