Jeff started his playing career locally at Pioneer High School where he started on Varsity all 4 years and was voted the league's Most Valuable Player his senior year where he hit over .550, lead the league in home runs, and finished with a record of 7-0 on the mound. From there he went to play for De Anza College under Terry Hardtke, where he was a 2nd Team All Conference Selection. After 2 years at De Anza, Jeff accepted a scholarship to pitch for Head Coach Mike Batesol at Cal State Northridge.
After Northridge, Jeff began his coaching career at Pioneer High School and later Los Gatos High School. Jeff is the pitching director at ASA and has been here since '04. Working closely with pitching consultant Fred Breining for the past year, Jeff has created what we believe is the most comprehensive pitching program in the Bay Area.
