As the Program Director at ASA, Ben's responsibilities include the running of All-Skills & Advanced Boot Camps, Team & Customised Clinics, Memberships, and League Contracts. As a player, Ben played center field and hit lead off locally for Pioneer High School in San Jose where he was a First Team All League Selection all 4 years and then went on to play at Mission College in Santa Clara under Coach Todd Eagen. After moving back home from San Diego State University (Kinesiology, Physical Education), Ben worked as a pesrsonal trainer, Elementary School P.E. Teacher, and High School Baseball Coach at Pioneer and Los Gatos before becoming a Co-Founder at All-Star Academy in 2006. These days, Ben is widely considered one of the best hitting instructors/team coaches in the Bay Area.
